Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. The role emphasizes data entry in the WMS, inventory control, and adherence to safety procedures.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, monitor productivity, resolve issues, and train warehouse staff on procedures and system usage to maintain inventory accuracy and operational

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment documentation and inventory movement records.
• Support cycle counting and stock verification.
• Ensure procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
• Monitor productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve issues.
• Report discrepancies, damages or process deviations.
• Assist in training staff on procedures and system usage.

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

Handle daily warehouse operations and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. The Warehouse Team Leader also ensures accurate system transactions and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Handle daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor workflow during the shift.
• Ensure accurate data entry of operational transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counting and stock verification.
• Ensure operational procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
• Monitor productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved.
