Reboot Monkey in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at our world-class data centers. This is a full-time, on-site role involving installation, maintenance, and operations of server and network equipment.

You will handle structured cabling, perform hardware deployments, monitor power and cooling, respond to incidents, and document assets. Candidates should have 3+ years of DC experience and relevant certifications; on-call rotations and

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems.
• Experience with DCIM platforms and ITIL practices.

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
