Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics seeks a data-driven Business Analyst to shape the analytics framework and develop data models. You will establish KPI frameworks, monitor business performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams across our logistics operations.

You will drive dashboards and BI tools, enabling faster, data-informed decisions while supporting strategic projects with robust analytics deliverables.

• Establish business monitoring and early-warning mechanisms, track key KPIs, identify anomalies and potential risks, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Business Insights and Strategic Support
• Unlock value from data, identify growth opportunities and business issues based on business and industry trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.
• Support Key Business Projects
• Provide data and analytical support for key business projects, track project outcomes, resolve business issues, and support the achievement of business objectives.
