Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager in Data & AI to design, build, and scale modern data platforms in Riyadh. You will work with clients to translate business strategy into robust data engineering solutions and contribute to engagements, proposals, and regional growth.

You will collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to enable AI-driven solutions, drive data modernization, and deliver high-quality client materials and presentations in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in data engineering or D&A consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
• Arabic language skills preferred; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data engineering solutions across multiple client engagements.
• Architect, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and data pipelines for analytics, BI, and AI use cases.
• Design and implement modern data architectures, including medallion and lakehouse patterns, across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop robust data models and pipelines ensuring performance, reliability, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analytics teams to enable AI-driven solutions.
• Support data modernization and migration initiatives, including legacy-to-cloud transitions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality client materials including presentations, solution designs, and executive-level narratives.
• Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, estimations, and commercial discussions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to EY knowledge assets.
