Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead Business Consulting in Finance Technology & AI for the MENA region. You will bridge CFO-level stakeholders and delivery teams, delivering AI-enabled FP&A solutions and driver-based forecasting.

You'll design data foundations across ERPs, apply Python/SQL to data pipelines, and help scale Finance.AI capabilities across markets.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of FP&A and/or finance transformation experience.
• Hands-on technical capability with Python/SQL and AI concepts.
• Strong data literacy to analyse structured financial data and derive insights.
• Exposure to GenAI/agentic AI and NL interfaces in a finance context.
• Experience engaging CFO-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-enabled FP&A solutions and driver-based forecasting.
• Automate management reporting, variance analysis and narrative generation.
• Bridge CFO-level stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Contribute to EY.ai Finance capability build-out across MENA.
• Support pursuits, pilots and scaling of AI finance solutions.
