Qualifikationen

• 10 years hands-on experience with D365 F&O (Finance & Operations)
• Experience leading a functional/technical team in D365 environment
• Strong knowledge of core D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, FA, Cash & Bank)
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and outsourced partners
• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture, integrations, and configuration best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications are a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Khobar
• D365 experience mandatory; not equivalent with other ERP platforms

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the D365 F&O delivery team, ensuring workload balance and quality.
• Own the functional/technical architecture of the D365 F&O platform.
• Bridge Finance and Technology, gather requirements, validate designs, ensure compliance.
• Hands-on configuration and delivery of moderate enhancements in D365 F&O.
• Lead budgeting/configuration for D365 F&O budgeting and control functionality.
• Identify process improvements and translate to D365 F&O roadmap items.
• Review functional specs, test plans, and changes from outsourced resources.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and go-live activities across Finance modules.
• Provide regular updates on team performance and architecture direction.
