Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Riyadh seeks a Consultant - Manager, Cyber Operate within Strategy & Architecture to lead cyber posture assessments, target state definition, and roadmaps for large regulated organisations in KSA.

You will design operating models, build business cases, and advise CISO and executives, leveraging NCA ECC-2:2024, NIST CSF 2.0, and ISO/IEC 27001 guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA may be preferred for leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Assess current cybersecurity posture and maturity against NCA ECC-2:2024, NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
• Define target state, vision and guiding principles; author cybersecurity strategy.
• Design the target operating model with interfaces to IT, OT, risk and business.
• Build 3–5 year roadmaps with costed initiatives and business cases.
• Advise CISO and executives; produce quarterly strategy and progress reports.
