Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a related qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
• Must be out of work for 3 months or more.
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet IP and various industrial field bus communication networks.
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement cybersecurity controls and solutions developed under the program.
• Act as a single point of contact for plant manufacturing team concerning cybersecurity.
• Utilize plant IT reporting systems to identify, communicate, and fix security issues.
• Maintain asset inventory of all manufacturing networked assets.
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvements.

About the job Cyber Security Resident Engineer

We are looking for a Cybersecurity resident engineer 'Saudi National' he is the key person in leading the implementation efforts in the plant to “Get Secure and Stay Secure” under the manufacturing cybersecurity program and supporting the plant in achieving all cybersecurity metrics, thereby, protecting the plant floor systems from being compromised or vulnerable to cyber threats. The primary responsibility is the implementation of Cybersecurity policies, best practices, and standardized solutions developed under the program for manufacturing cybersecurity along with maintaining and supporting plant floor networks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Implementcybersecurity controls and solutions developed under the manufacturingcybersecurity program.
• Singlepointofcontact, for the plant manufacturing team, for cybersecurity andIndustrial Ethernet Controls Network (IECN) network issues
• Drivescybersecurity and network issues upstream for resolution.
• Utilizesthe plant IT reporting systems (e.g. EPO/Asset Inventory) to identify,communicate and fix endpoint security issues.
• Maintainsasset inventory of all manufacturing networked assets in the plant
• Communicatesand supports vulnerabilities remediation activities of IECN devices in theplant.
• Processand maintain contractors’ requests for “Contractor at Work” afterreceiving proper approvals.
• Engagecentral ME cybersecurity in assessing and reviewing newly proposed solutions or new applications at the plant.
• EnsureProper Usage of E-tools used to configure, troubleshoot and audit IECNnetworks
• Supportuser acceptance test activities for connecting IECN switches and devicesto the plant networks
• Supportslaunch and post-launch steady-state cybersecurity assessments.
• Attendsglobal manufacturing cybersecurity meetings for awareness and lessonlearned to share.
• SupportsPlant Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environmentalmetrics.
• Documentslessons learned for improvements.
• Provideinputs to the central team and maintain STS/TIS for the plant IECN Ethernettroubleshooting

Qualifications

• 2-3 yearsof experience in the same field

• Experiencewith Firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Office 365 Security, VSX,and Endpoint Security.
• Proficiencyin Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell
• Ability towork under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strongattention to detail with an analytical mind and outstandingproblem-solving skills.
• Gretawareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
• Hands‑onexperience with Ethernet IP and various industrial field bus communicationnetworks like Device Net, Profibus, etc. and PLC Programming
• Advanceinterpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a crossfunctional team
