Job summary

The Saudi Company For Hardware - SACO is hiring a Customer Service Ambassador in Riyadh to be the first point of contact for customers in-store. You will welcome customers, assess needs, guide them to the correct department, and coordinate with Sales Associates to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You should be customer-focused, patient, and capable of assisting elderly customers and those with disabilities, while maintaining a neat and professional appearance at the store entrance.

Qualifications

• High School minimum.
• 1–3 years in retail, hospitality or customer service.
