Job description
Prepare the needed spare part for maintenance activities and adjust the spare parts inventories based on consumption.
Responsibilities:
Report additional spare parts, assistance, tools unavailability, BOM discrepancies, drawings, and specific SMP requirements to Specialist/Engineer for effective and efficient maintenance.
Involve and support projects/MOC, which can be accomplished through maintenance orders or ready for construction that require maintenance involvement.
Support the maintenance team with daily issues to solve and maintain all custody metering equipment performance by providing detailed analysis and actions.
Share resolutions of technical and safety-related problems.
Monitor day-to-day activities and prioritize breakdown work.
Work under supervision as per stated policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Comply with Petrokemya policies and SHEM’s/OMS procedures and contribute to achieving target SHE rates.
Execute all daily maintenance activities, prepare SMP for preventive and corrective jobs, prepare and request permits, ensure compliance with prerequisites of health and safety critical activities, and ensure all scheduled jobs are executed in a timely manner.
Ensure proper closing and data filling for SAP orders after completing the activity.
Respond to operation and maintenance activities (normal or emergency cases), assess risks, and ensure all tools, PPE, and manpower required are available for completing the work activities.
