Job summary

Moomoo Inc. in Riyadh seeks a custody operations professional to execute daily custody, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation across Saudi and international markets.

You will process settlements, cash movements, and custody instructions, perform reconciliations, and handle corporate actions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CME-1 qualification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• 1–3 years in custody, settlement, brokerage, or banking operations.
• Knowledge of CMA, Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, and international market operations is preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily custody, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation activities across Saudi and international markets.
• Process securities settlements, cash movements, and custody instructions on time.
• Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations and investigate settlement exceptions.
• Handle corporate actions, dividends, stock splits, and other entitlement events.
• Monitor failed trades and coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily operational reports.
• Support client asset protection, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with CMA, Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, custodians, and other market participants.
• Participate in UAT, process improvements, and operational projects.

Execute daily custody, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, and operational activities across both the Saudi Capital Market and International Markets while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily custody, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation activities across both the Saudi Capital Market and International Markets.
• Process securities settlements, cash movements, and custody instructions accurately and within market deadlines.
• Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations and investigate settlement exceptions.
• Process corporate actions, dividends, stock splits, rights issues, and other entitlement events for Saudi and International securities.
• Monitor failed trades and coordinate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily operational reports.
• Support client asset protection, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, custodian banks, global custodians, and other market participants.
• Participate in UAT, process improvements, and operational projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in custody, settlement, brokerage, or banking operations, with exposure to both the Saudi Capital Market and International Markets preferred.
