Job Title: CRM Developer Dynamic 365
Objective

Oversee configuration and administration of the Fan-ID CRM platform. Ensure the CRM reliably supports fan engagement, operations, integrations, and reporting during live events and peak traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Administrate, develop and configure the CRM platform to support Fan-ID business and operational needs.
  • Manage CRM environments (production, staging, non-production).
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
  • Maintain CRM data structures aligned with Fan-ID processes and integrations.
  • Manage CRM user roles, security profiles, and access controls.
  • Enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) aligned with Fan‑ID governance policies.
  • Support authentication and identity integrations with IAM platforms.
  • Support resolution of issues related to CRM availability, performance, and data consistency.
  • Assist business teams with CRM data extraction and analysis.
  • Configure and maintain CRM dashboards and reports.
Qualification
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator in production environments.
  • Hands‑on experience administering enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, and security models.
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations via APIs and data connectors.
  • Experience working with large user bases and high interaction volumes.
