Job summary

PrimeDefense USA in Jizan is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, drive high-quality dishes, and craft seasonal menus using local ingredients. You will manage and train kitchen staff and maintain food safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, fluency in English, and the ability to translate creative concepts into consistent plating and cost-control measures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse kitchen team
• Creativity in developing new dishes while maintaining classic favorites

Responsibilities

• Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks and sous chefs
• Plan and create seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation for consistency and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost control
• Ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes, portions, and presentation guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve menus
