Role Purpose

You will be both a hands‑on creative leader and a strategic partner, setting creative ambition in line with each client’s brand purpose and building their brand for ‘what’s next’. As Creative Director with a focus on Copy, you will be the agency’s champion for creative copy excellence, setting the standard for breakthrough thinking and inspiring teams to deliver work that is not only effective, but truly transformative for our clients’ brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and uphold the highest standards of creative output across the agency, ensuring all work aspires to and achieves creative excellence.
  • Act as a role model and mentor, inspiring teams to push boundaries and deliver work that is bold, original, and culturally resonant.
  • Champion a culture of creative bravery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own and nurture client relationships at Marketing Director/CMO level, acting as a trusted advisor and creative partner.
  • Set and uphold the creative vision for client brands, ensuring all work is aligned with brand purpose and future ambitions.
  • Remain close to the work, inspiring teams and contributing to the creative process to deliver outstanding, brand‑building ideas.
  • Evaluate and champion work based on the impact it will have on the client’s brand, business, audience, and culture—driving fame, sparking conversation, and creating noise beyond the media plan.
  • Mentor and grow multidisciplinary creative teams, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of proactive creativity and innovation.
  • Take on increasing responsibility for larger, more complex client portfolios, including multi‑market and integrated brands.
  • Build and nurture a creative community, attracting and developing the next generation of creative talent.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience leading brand and creative strategy at a top‑tier agency or brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client partnerships (Marketing Director/CMO level).
  • Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and craft skills especially across copy.
  • A portfolio of work that has driven brand fame, cultural impact, and business results.
  • Confident, articulate presenter and advisor, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Passion for nurturing transformative, proactive creativity.
  • Tenacious, optimistic leader with a clear vision and appetite for innovation.
  • Modern thinker, culturally savvy, and eager to leverage new technologies (including AI) to elevate creative output.
