Workato in Medina invites an experienced Creative Art Director to lead the artistic direction across print, digital, and video. You will shape visual concepts, oversee a design team, and ensure a cohesive brand voice for diverse client projects.

The role requires a strong portfolio and at least five years in art direction, with excellent English communication. This contract position offers a competitive monthly salary, accommodation, visa, and travel support, with extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, conceptual thinking, and design skills.
• Ability to lead a team and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
