Courier Delivery Assistant

As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our courier in delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This job is based in Medina and is open to Egyptian nationals with or without experience. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the courier in loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise
• Collect payments from customers if necessary
• Keep track of all packages and ensure they are delivered to the correct location
• Report any delays or issues to the courier immediately

Requirements

• Must have a biometric passport (Egyptian nationality preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physical fitness to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of city streets and routes in Medina
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary

• Starting salary for this role is 1800$.
