Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, commercial, sales, customer relations, service development, marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement the country commercial calendar aligned with IKEA priorities.
• Develop commercial activities that drive visitation, engagement, sales, and long-term profitability.
• Lead the development and implementation of country service product offerings to support easy buying experiences.
• Identify opportunities and translate them into relevant activities, offers, and initiatives.
• Lead pricing structures and service communication across channels.
• Monitor KPIs and act on performance to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and other functions to plan launches and messaging.
