• Contribute to the department action plan and execute plans with other functions.

• Keep customers in mind on the shop floor while maintaining safety and presentation.
• Collaborate with Com&In team and other functions on commercial opportunities.
• Understand financial impact and optimize resource use in range presentation projects.
• Deliver high quality, simple, efficient, and cost-conscious range presentation solutions using IKEA tools.
• Translate store layout insights into inspiring solutions reflecting local life-at-home needs.
• Stay updated on trends to generate ideas that surprise visitors.
