Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager - Cost Planning to lead the cost management for large-scale entertainment projects. You will build up construction costs, shape pre-contract cost strategies, and ensure alignment with the overall budget and strategic goals.

The role requires 7+ years in cost planning and related fields with GCC experience, familiarity with IPMS, and proficiency in CostX or similar software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in cost planning, quantity surveying and estimating.
• Experience in GCC construction with 2+ years preferred.
• Expertise in industry standards such as NRM, CESMM, RIBA and POMI.
• Experience on large-scale projects with construction value > 200m SAR.
• Familiar with benchmarking costs and design; experience in KSA or the Middle East preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly; basic experience adapting messages for different audiences.
• Proficient in cost planning software; CostX experience is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Cost Planning: develop and oversee cost plans to align with project budgets.
• Cost Consultant Management: review cost plans and monitor design efficiencies.
• Standards: ensure adherence to IPMS and company templates.
• Business Units: provide updates on costs and design metrics during reviews.
• Benchmarking: integrate design metrics with cost positions across project phases.
• Feasibility: assess cost feasibility throughout project lifecycle.
