Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Cost Planning to lead cost planning, cost control, and pre-contract cost strategies for its Saudi-based mega-projects. You will coordinate with design teams and external cost consultants to ensure budgets are met and value is maximized.

The role requires rigorous adherence to IPMS, NRM, and RIBA standards, with strong communication across stakeholders and an emphasis on robust feasibility analysis.

Formación

• 5–7 years in cost planning, quantity surveying or estimating.
• GCC construction experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Familiar with industry standards: NRM, RIBA, POMI.
• Experience on large-scale projects with construction value > SAR 200m.
• Proficient with cost planning software, CostX preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cost planning and value assessment to optimize outcomes while meeting project goals.
• Oversee cost movements and review cost plans submitted by consultants for accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to IPMS guidelines and defined policies and templates.
• Provide updates to business units on cost status and metrics during reviews.
• Benchmark design metrics with cost positions to assure across phases.
• Understand feasibility requirements related to cost planning.
