Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cost Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in Cost Engineering, Estimating, or Engineering Project Management.
• Experience in budget planning, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Arabic proficiency required; English communication skills are an advantage.

• Develop and monitor project budgets and cost plans.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity calculations.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project expenditures.
• Monitor actual project costs against budgets and identify variances.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity calculations.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project expenditures.
