Job summary

KMAS-SA is seeking a cost analyst to monitor and optimize food and beverage costs across multiple restaurant locations. You will review recipes, track purchasing prices, and analyze variances to drive profitability.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP and POS systems and a solid background in cost control within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and experience in multi-branch restaurant chains.
