CSI Global in Riyadh is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our Head Office team, overseeing budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting across construction, facilities management, and electrical testing projects. You will develop budgets, monitor costs, track subcontracts and material costs, and prepare monthly cost reports and dashboards, ensuring timely visibility and risk flagging for management.

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 2–5 years of cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience in project cost control, preferably on construction, MEP, facilities management, or electrical testing projects.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, EAC/ETC, and variance analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP or cost management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project budgets, CBS, and cost control systems in coordination with project and commercial teams.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, forecasts, and budget variances with timely cost reporting.
• Track subcontracts, purchase orders, material costs, manpower, equipment, and project expenses against budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, EAC/ETC, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams for proper cost allocation and reporting.
• Monitor variation orders, claims, and potential cost impacts; highlight risks to management.
