Job summary

A car rental company in Riyadh is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager specializing in long-term leasing. The successful candidate will acquire and develop leasing contracts with corporate clients, build strategic relationships, and lead a corporate sales team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of corporate sales experience and fluency in English. Leadership skills and a willingness to engage in fieldwork are necessary. Diplomat Rent A Car is seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager – Long-Term Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and develop long-term leasing contracts with corporate, government, and private sector clients.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare commercial and pricing proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle (from negotiation to signing, implementation, and renewal).
  • Establish, build, and manage the corporate sales team.
  • Develop sales plans, sales strategies, and annual/quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of approved sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance departments to ensure efficient contract execution.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract performance and the customer portfolio.
Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field (corporate sales for long-term leasing / operational leasing / fleet sales).
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing long-term B2B contracts.
  • Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Arabic language is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build, lead, and develop sales teams.
  • Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular client visits.
