Corporate Attorney

We are hiring a Corporate Attorney to join our legal team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our company on various corporate matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing the company in court or during negotiations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, excellent knowledge of corporate law, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have their own visa in Saudi Arabia.
