Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 3 years of attorney experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on contracts, labor laws, and business regulations.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure they are legally sound.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by senior attorneys or management.
