Job summary

DP World in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Transport Coordinator to organize and coordinate daily transport schedules and routes, ensuring timely and safe services.

You will allocate vehicles with drivers, monitor attendance and punctuality, and maintain trip and fuel records. You will also support emergency transport arrangements and liaise with residents for special requests, reporting issues to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics or administration is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in transport coordination.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Basic vehicle knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Familiarity with Excel and Word.
