ACWA is seeking a CCR Operator to monitor and control unit/plant operating parameters, coordinating with fellow operators to ensure smooth plant operation. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with EMS, and timely reporting of anomalies.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of safety and environmental management.

Formación

• Diploma in Engineering is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar CCR/operational role.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental and EMS principles.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor unit/plant operating parameters and coordinate with operators.
• Comply with safety rules and firefighting equipment procedures.
• Familiar with P&IDs, SOPs, and operation/control logic.
• Record readings and summarize shift activities in logbook.
• Coordinate with Shift Charge Engineer and Shift Supervisor for operational activities.
• Raise work requests and report defects; assist in training new operators.
• Report near misses and comply with QHS&E policies.
• Ensure waste disposal measures are followed and assist in changeovers when required.
