Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial and contractual management for large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage multi-contract environments, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, procurement support, and negotiation.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 10-15 years of contract management experience, and be proficient in contract systems. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to lead significant projects.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of relevant contract management experience in consulting or PMC environments.
  • Proven track record in infrastructure, utilities, urban development, landscaping, roads, or government-managed projects.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC, consultancy agreements, EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract documents.
  • Monitor contract budgets and manage variations, extensions, claims.
  • Coordinate with legal and technical teams on bid clarifications.
  • Identify commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
