Job summary

Workato in Riyadh is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure space efficiency, and maintain inventory controls. The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse management experience and fluent English; Saudi work permit sponsorship is available.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, liaise with suppliers, conduct quality checks, and prepare performance reports. The position is a contract with accommodation, urgent start preferred.

Qualifications

• Pakistani national with a valid work permit in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization.
• Knowledge of inventory management software preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Ensure efficient use of space and resources to maximize productivity
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and any issues that arise
