NICE ONE | نايس ون is seeking a Tamheer Trainee to support planning, creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across digital channels. You will gain hands-on experience in content writing, research, CMS use, and performance monitoring, while upholding our brand voice.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or diploma in a related field, English writing proficiency, and familiarity with CMS/SEO basics. Arabic proficiency is a plus for localized content.

Job Purpose

Support the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across the company’s digital and communication channels. The Content Tamheer Trainee will gain practical experience in content writing, research, content management, and performance monitoring while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.

2. Support the development of content ideas, briefs, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules in coordination with the content and marketing teams.

3. Create clear, accurate, and engaging written content that reflects the company’s brand voice, messaging, and communication standards.

4. Conduct research on relevant topics, audiences, keywords, industry developments, and competitor content to inform content creation.

5. Assist with adapting content for different audiences, platforms, formats, and stages of the customer journey.

6. Review content for grammar, spelling, readability, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.

7. Support the creation and editing of basic visual content, captions, and other multimedia assets in coordination with relevant team members.

8. Help upload, format, categorize, and maintain content in the company website, content management system, and other publishing tools.

9. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) by researching keywords and applying on-page content best practices under team guidance.

10. Monitor published content for accuracy, formatting, links, and continued relevance, and recommend updates when needed.

11. Track content performance using available analytics tools and help prepare reports on reach, engagement, traffic, and other relevant metrics.

12. Coordinate with marketing, design, product, sales, and other internal teams to gather information and support content projects.

13. Incorporate feedback and revisions from reviewers while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

14. Organize content files, drafts, references, approvals, and published materials in accordance with company procedures.

15. Follow company policies, brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and confidentiality standards when preparing and handling content.

16. Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and learning activities as part of the Tamheer program.

17. Perform other content and marketing support responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Media, or a related field is preferred.

• Eligibility for the Tamheer program in accordance with applicable program requirements.

• Strong written communication, editing, proofreading, and research skills in English.

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content and adapt writing style to different formats and channels.

• Basic understanding of digital content, social media platforms, content marketing, and SEO principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with content management systems, analytics tools, or design applications is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Ability to accept feedback, revise work, learn new tools, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Creative, curious, dependable, and motivated to develop a career in content creation and digital marketing.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred where content needs require it.

• Professional conduct and the ability to handle internal and unpublished information with discretion.
