Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) seeks a Content Creator in Riyadh to produce high-quality visual and written materials that reflect our operational excellence and market position.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and shape external perception through compelling storytelling while adhering to safety and regulatory standards in the Kingdom's mining sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of four years of content creation experience in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for bilingual content production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit video content showcasing refinery operations and QA processes.
• Create visually consistent graphics for digital campaigns, print, and internal comms.
• Draft clear copy for website articles, social posts, and technical datasheets.
• Ensure all outputs comply with LBMA Guidance, SASO standards, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain an organized digital library of photos and videos with proper tagging.
• Collaborate with plant and lab stakeholders to gather accurate information.

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is a Saudi mining and precious-metals company specialized in the refining of gold and precious metals, bullion production, and value-added precious-metal services. Role Overview

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Content Creator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to produce high-quality visual and written materials that communicate our operational excellence and market position. This role supports the Marketing department by documenting refining processes, laboratory certifications, and bullion production for diverse stakeholder audiences. The Content Creator ensures all outputs align with SGR's brand standards and regulatory obligations within the Kingdom's mining sector.

The Content Creator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will play a key role in shaping the external perception of SGR through compelling storytelling. This position requires a blend of creative technical skills and disciplined adherence to industrial safety and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The Content Creator will execute the following responsibilities to support SGR's communication objectives.

Video Production

The role plans, films, and edits professional video content that showcases refinery operations, laboratory testing, and product quality assurance processes.

Graphic Design

This position creates visually consistent graphics for digital campaigns, print brochures, and internal communications using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Technical Copywriting

The Content Creator drafts clear and accurate copy for website articles, social media posts, and technical datasheets that explain complex refining concepts.

Brand Compliance

The role reviews all content to ensure it adheres to LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance, SASO standards, and corporate brand guidelines before publication.

Asset Management

This position maintains an organized digital library of photos and videos, ensuring proper tagging, storage, and accessibility for future use.

Stakeholder Engagement

This position collaborates with subject matter experts across the plant and laboratory to gather accurate information for educational and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in content creation, preferably within an industrial or corporate setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is mandatory.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to produce bilingual content for local and global audiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills for B2B or industrial brands.
• Understanding of Saudi media regulations and cultural norms regarding public communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and navigate industrial environments safely and professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Success Metrics

• Monthly volume of approved video and graphic assets delivered according to the content calendar.
• Year-over-year growth in social media engagement rates across LinkedIn and Twitter platforms.
• Zero instances of brand guideline violations or regulatory non-compliance in published materials.
• Positive feedback scores from internal stakeholders regarding content accuracy and usefulness.
• Increase in website traffic to key product and operational information pages.
• Completion of a fully tagged and searchable digital asset library within the first six months.
• Reduction in content production turnaround time through improved workflow efficiency.
