The role executes the monthly close calendar by posting all necessary journals, accruals, and prepayments to ensure timely financial reporting.
This position prepares consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi statutory requirements for submission to regulators and shareholders.
The specialist reconciles physical gold inventories including dore and bullion with system records by integrating assay and weight data from the laboratory.
The role serves as the primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating the annual audit process and addressing all queries promptly.
This position calculates and files quarterly Zakat declarations in accordance with ZATCA regulations, ensuring full compliance with Saudi tax laws.
The specialist analyzes production costs for refining and exploration activities, providing detailed variance reports to support management decision‑making.
The role designs and monitors internal controls over financial reporting to mitigate risks and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
This position maintains the fixed asset register for mining equipment and plant infrastructure, ensuring accurate depreciation and impairment testing.
The specialist identifies opportunities to improve financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and data integrity across the finance function.
