Black Pearl Consult in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, invites an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our team. You will provide expert consultation, perform complex plastic/reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, and manage patients across the full care continuum.

The role requires proven consultant-level experience in Plastic Surgery, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines while maintaining high patient-safety standards.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Specialist training in Plastic Surgery (not less than 36 months after MBBS) per SCFHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment for plastic/reconstructive cases.
• Perform plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic procedures per scope of practice.
• Manage patients from pre-operative assessment to post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical indications.
• Handle reconstructive cases including trauma, burns, congenital conditions and other deformities.
• Perform soft-tissue reconstruction, skin grafts and tissue transfer as appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and coordinate care with other specialties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with governance, safety and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement, education and professional development.

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.


• Perform appropriate plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures according to clinical expertise and scope of practice.


• Manage patients throughout pre-operative assessment, surgical intervention and post-operative follow-up.


• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical indications.


• Manage reconstructive cases involving trauma, burns, congenital conditions, defects following tumor excision and other acquired deformities, where applicable.


• Perform and/or manage appropriate soft-tissue reconstruction, skin grafting and tissue transfer procedures within the physician's area of expertise.


• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinate care with other medical and surgical specialties.


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical governance, patient safety and infection-control standards.


• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Medical degree such as MBBS, MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.


• Completion of appropriate specialist training in Plastic Surgery. SCFHS currently specifies a qualification or clinical training program in Plastic Surgery of not less than 36 months after the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery , subject to applicable SCFHS standards and regulations.


• Proven experience at Consultant level in Plastic Surgery.


• Strong clinical and surgical experience relevant to the requirements of the position.


• Valid professional registration/licence in the country of current or recent practice.


• Eligibility for SCFHS Professional Classification as a Plastic Surgery consultant.


• Strong communication, clinical decision-making and patient-management skills.


• Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration and professional conduct.
