Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct specialist consultations and comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Review medical histories, clinical findings, and relevant diagnostic information.
  • Establish appropriate diagnoses and determine suitable treatment options.
  • Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans according to patient needs.
  • Assess patient suitability for plastic, reconstructive, and related surgical procedures.
  • Explain proposed procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and recovery requirements.
  • Perform plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures within the approved specialist scope of practice.
  • Coordinate pre-operative investigations and ensure appropriate surgical preparation.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-operative clinical management and patient guidance.
  • Work closely with anesthesia, operating theatre, nursing, and supporting medical teams.
  • Deliver appropriate post-operative care and monitor patients during recovery.
  • Assess wound healing, recovery progress, and treatment outcomes during follow-up consultations.
  • Identify postoperative concerns or complications and initiate appropriate clinical management.
  • Modify recovery or treatment plans when patient progress requires adjustment.
  • Maintain accurate consultation notes, operative reports, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation.

Ideal Profile
