Kyndryl, a leader in technology and consulting, is seeking a Consult Partner to guide multi-disciplinary teams in crafting innovative solutions for its largest accounts. You will drive strategic change agendas at the CXO level and shape how the consulting practice operates today and in the future.

You will lead and influence engagements that bring AI and infrastructure together, build influential client relationships, and deliver outcomes that scale across the customer ecosystem.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
• Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change

Mansioni

• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
• Manage margin expectations and backlog growth
• Spot opportunities; identify, pursue and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities
• Determine scope; undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk
• Lead CXO-level customer interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
• Build and maintain deep relationships with customer CXOs and be seen as a trusted advisor by senior executives
• Take the lead in customer interactions and ensure successful delivery of complex engagements
• Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development and drive curiosity and innovation
• Shape strategy using industry and technology expertise to align with strategic goals and drive thought leadership
