Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Consulting, Digital Transformation, UX/CX, Enterprise Technology, or AI.
• Proven track record in scaling a services-based company to multi-million USD revenue.
• Experience with large government or enterprise clients in the GCC is a strong plus.
• Global experience or exposure to international markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s commercial growth strategy, focusing on revenue expansion and new market penetration.
• Develop and execute plans to secure large enterprise and government opportunities.
• Build high-level relationships with C-suite clients, partners, and strategic allies.
