Job summary

Confidential is seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage receiving, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment on a project site/warehouse in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage, issuing items against requisitions, and conducting regular stock counts with ERP systems. Candidates should have 5–7 years of Storekeeper experience and familiarity with SAP/ERP.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Storekeeper in construction or similar
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools and equipment
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP/ERP)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Good communication in English/Arabic as applicable

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or ERP)
• Organize and store materials for easy identification and safety
• Issue materials to site personnel against approved requisitions
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for reorders
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage/theft
• Maintain records of returns, damaged goods, and obsolete stock
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management
• Comply with health, safety and site regulations in the store area
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams on material availability
