Core Scope

Lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer’s representative.
Onboard contractors suitable for the development in close coordination with management.
Monitor and challenge contractor progress, productivity, sequencing, and resourcing.
Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines.
Review and approve construction methodologies, temporary works, shop drawings, and materials.
Lead site coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Façade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure, and any other required disciplines.
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
Review claims, variations, extension-of-time requests, and commercial impacts.
Inspect and approve mock‑ups, samples, prototypes, and material tests in close coordination with the design team and client representatives.
Escalate risks, delays, defects, and non‑compliance, ensuring immediate corrective action.
Drive commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover readiness for operator takeover.
Maintain complete site reporting and interface with Project management, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams.
