Job summary

Flip retail seeks an Aide Task Supervisor (Saudi National) to oversee project management activities on a Jazan program. You will coordinate RFPs, evaluate bids, and guide contract negotiations, while interfacing with design professionals and site staff to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Design or related field, 5+ years in project management for construction/engineering, PMP preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or relevant area from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management on construction or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering procedures
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Primavera
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of RFPs for the style portion of the appointed task and assess inputs
• Assist in the technical analysis of potential bidders for design contracts and advise shortlist of qualified providers
• Participate in analysis of quotes and in recommending the selection of Contractor
• Join final negotiations to establish the final terms of the contract
• Coordinate with A/E professionals and staff to provide technical information on progress, schedule and cost performance
• Record significant issues that could cause cost overruns or schedule delays
• Recommend changes (design or construction) requested by the client
• Initiate Contract Modification Request (CMR) and, if needed, obtain Letters of Instruction for the contractor
• Interact between departments and establish optional services and manage their performance
• Perform pre-award tasks for construction portion and present progress to top administration
