Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects in Mecca.
• Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed on schedule.
• Manage project budgets and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
