You will lead construction supervision, coordinate with Resident Engineer, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile building and hospitality developments while ensuring safety and compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires 15+ years in construction, GCC/Saudi experience, and credentials such as PE/Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
• PE/Chartered Engineer/PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
• 15+ years of overall construction experience in building construction.
• 8+ years as Construction Manager on major building developments.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities for a major site supervision consultancy project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, contractual requirements, and project schedules. Working closely with the Resident Engineer, Project Director, contractors, and multidisciplinary supervision teams, the successful candidate will provide construction leadership, coordinate site operations, resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile building and hospitality developments.

Your role

About you
