• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 0: '2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.'

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders and concrete bookings.
• Receive booking requests and confirm project details, quantities, concrete types, delivery schedules, and locations.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up on daily bookings, deliveries, quantities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, bookings, and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery schedules.
• Support the Sales Team with quotations, order processing, reports, and administrative activities.
• Monitor pending and upcoming orders and ensure timely coordination with the relevant departments.
• Prepare regular reports related to bookings, sales, and deliveries.
