Four Seasons Red Sea Shura Island is hiring a compensation-focused professional to lead payroll implementation (Bayan) and ensure fair, market-aligned pay structures. You will partner with department heads to foster retention and a high-performance culture in a premier luxury setting.

The role demands a Bachelor's in HR/BA, 4+ years in compensation, and strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation management, with Bayan payroll exposure.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market trends and hospitality regulations.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Bayan.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion for confidential matters.
• Local candidate only as per Saudi labor law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits administration with focus on Bayan payroll.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with Saudi labor laws and Four Seasons policies.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to propose competitive salary structures.
• Monitor employee benefits including housing, transportation, schooling, medical insurance and allowances.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent application of compensation policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and a positive culture.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in hospitality.
• Provide guidance on compensation inquiries and resolve issues discreetly.
• Maintain confidential records with utmost discretion.
