The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in EU communication requirements

Job description

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Drawdown Facility.”

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Knowledge Management to support technical assistance assignments through the preparation of communication and visibility materials, digital content, social media and event communication, as well as the organisation, management and dissemination of programme knowledge products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.


• French is an asset.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.


• Experience preparing communication, visibility and digital content.


• Experience supporting social media, event communication, newsletters, success stories or similar products.


• Experience organising and maintaining knowledge products and dissemination materials.


• Familiarity with EU communication and visibility requirements desirable.
