At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Commis Chef 2 will support kitchen operations in the preparation and delivery of high-quality standard of food across all Food & Beverage outlets. Working alongside senior chefs, this position ensures that dishes are prepared to the highest standard while maintaining strict kitchen hygiene and safety protocols. Responsibilities include basic food preparation, assisting in meal service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Education High school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation, ensuring guest

satisfaction.

Follow instructions for preparing special dietary meals, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-sensitive dishes,

in line with guest requests.

Assist in receiving and checking food deliveries, ensuring the quality and quantity of ingredients match orders,

and reporting any discrepancies to senior chefs.

Ensure proper portion control during food preparation to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.

Help with the setup of buffet or self-service areas, ensuring food is replenished and presented attractively.
