AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage contracts, monitor budgets, handle claims, and support project teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, proven contract management experience, and strong knowledge of standard forms such as FIDIC or NEC.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management for road/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms.
• Strong financial literacy and cost-control expertise.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review claims, variations, and change orders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Prepare reports on commercial performance and contractual issues for senior management.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reporting.
