Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Riyadh is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of road and infrastructure projects, including contract administration, variations, and claims, while keeping projects on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership, strong negotiation and risk management skills, experience with FIDIC/NEC, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, project managers and clients to resolve disputes and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles within road and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer contracts for road and infrastructure projects.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review claims, variations, and change orders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Prepare reports on commercial performance and contractual issues for senior management.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reporting.
