About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director to join the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team, responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic commercial performance through Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations. This is a critical leadership role focused on maximizing revenue, driving brand clarity, and building strong positioning in the luxury market through carefully integrated sales and marketing strategies.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget in line with property objectives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning.
  • Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of PR.
  • Evaluate and analyze market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team to deliver measurable results and brand consistency.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, with a strong background in revenue and budget management.
  • Luxury hospitality expertise with knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre-opening or repositioning environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and multi-project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
