Job summary

AlJammaz Technologies الجماز للتكنولوجيا in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to bolster our finance team. You will lead the collections function, manage AR aging, and drive timely payment from our customer base in the IT distribution sector.

You will develop strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve payment disputes. A proven leadership track and strong negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in collections, preferably within IT distribution or a related industry.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of collections, accounts receivable, AR aging, customer credit behavior, and dispute resolution.

• Lead and manage the collections team and daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.
• Monitor AR aging and drive the reduction of overdue receivables.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
